Refund & Return Policy

Thank you for shopping with GrippCo! We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. Please read our Refund and Return Policy carefully.

1. Eligibility for Returns

• Due to health and safety regulations, nitrile disposable gloves and similar hygiene products cannot be returned once the packaging is opened.

• Unopened products may be returned within 14 days of delivery.

2. Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return:

• The item must be unused, unopened, and in the same condition as received.

• It must be in the original packaging.

• Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required.

3. Non-Returnable Items

• Opened or used gloves.

• Clearance or final sale items.

4. How to Initiate a Return

• Email us at [ grippmotollc@gmail.com ] with your order number and reason for return.

• Once approved, you will receive instructions for returning the product.

• You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was defective or incorrect.

5. Refunds

• Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval or rejection.

• Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.

• Shipping costs are non-refundable.

6. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 24 hours  of delivery with photos of the product and packaging. We will replace or refund the item at no extra cost.

7. Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different product, return the original item (if eligible) and place a new order.
